Conference Program


Posters will be judged during 11:50-1:00 time frame.

Please have the primary presenter at the poster prepared to give a brief description and answer questions.

The presenter will be granted complimentary registration to the conference.


Posters panels will be provided (4 x 8 ft.). Your poster should measure a minimum of 42" x 48" and be no larger than 48" x 72". These poster panels are pre-assigned, please look for your abstract title.

NOTE: Materials are NOT provided for mounting your poster. Please bring your own Velcro, or double-sided tape — NOT push-pins (push-pins are NOT allowed).

Setup, Display & Removal

  • You are able to set up your poster as early as 7:00am, but no later than 9:00am, Wednesday, March 29, 2017
  • All posters must be taken down by 4:00pm.

  • It is the author’s responsibility to remove the posters. Any posters left behind will be discarded at the end of the day. 

Meet the Poster Presenters

We ask that you be standing by your poster to present the information and answer questions from interested participants during the following times:

  • Break: 9:45-10:05 AM
  • Lunch time: 11:50 AM- 1:00PM {During this time, judges will be visiting all of the posters}
  • Break:  3:00-3:20 PM

Poster Abstracts

Your full abstract will be published in the symposium program. If you wish to bring additional copies of your poster, that is optional.

Poster Presenter Registration

Poster presenters are expected to be registered participants of the symposium. The Primary presenter will receive complimentary registration.  Please advise us who will be the designated presenter. Additional authors will be required to register via
